Marella Cruises reveals literary-themed sailing

Marella Cruises has released details of a brand new itinerary called 'Transatlantic Sunsets Writing Cruise^*', which is due to set sail in spring 2022.

The 16-night voyage aboard the adults-only Marella Explorer 2^* ship will depart from Montego Bay in Jamaica on 19 April 2022.

Guests will be treated to numerous expert talks and writing workshops by novelists and entertainers as they bob across the Atlantic towards the final port of call in Dubrovnik, Croatia.

Chris Hackney, Managing Director of Marella Cruises, said of the new cruise: "We have had successes with our Electric Sunsets themed cruises and we are excited to introduce our first themed cruise for literature fans next year. It offers something different for guests onboard on a cruise where there are not as many days ashore as some of our other itineraries."

Marella Cruises^*, which is gearing up to restart its international cruising schedule from 3 September 2021, is part of the TUI Group.
