Spabreaks.com sees surge in 2021 bookings
With lockdown taking its toll and the vaccine giving many hope of a return to normal life this year, it's perhaps no surprise that Spabreaks.com*, one of Europe's leading online spa booking agencies, has reported a significant boost in rejuvenating bookings through its site.
On what is dubbed 'Blue Monday', Spabreaks.com saw an 11% increase in users planning short spa breaks and spa days when compared with 'Blue Monday' in 2020. Plus, many of the venues found on Spabreaks.com are reporting that they have reached capacity over specific dates throughout summer 2021.
Founder of Spabreaks.com, Abi Selby, says: "It is hugely encouraging to see the first effects of the vaccination programme. As confidence is growing, I'd recommend booking Spacations and experiences ahead as demand is sure to grow with it, and people may find it difficult to secure their desired venue or date if they rely on last-minute bookings."
